Charlie has worked with a wide range of athletes and spent several years training officers in the police force, designing tailored one-to-one programmes to improve physical health and performance. With a strong foundation in gymnastics and nearly a decade of CrossFit experience, he brings both technical skill and deep dedication to his coaching. Outside of the box, Charlie actively competes and continues to grow his understanding of the sport.

His coaching philosophy goes beyond physical fitness – it’s about helping people shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. Charlie believes in the power of movement as a tool not just for strength, but for self-discovery. At the heart of his approach is inclusivity, kindness, and guiding others to learn to love who they are, embracing their journey inside and out. Through a holistic, client-centred approach, he’s passionate about improving lives in a meaningful and lasting way.
