New to Crossfit
After you’ve completed your FREE trial, if you are brand new to CrossFit we require you to complete our 90 minute Foundation Course before joining our main classes. This is so you can learn the fundamental movements.

1 hour small group PT to learn the basics of CrossFit
- 1:1 Fundamentals Session
- 1 Month of Unlimited Classes- all classes included (up to 2/day)
- Access to Open Gym
- No commitment after your first month! Choose any Membership, Class Pack or say bye after your 30 days are over.
