Strength Drill - The box HSPU
Technique Drill - The knee tuck and kick
Timing Drill - The knees to chest then sprawl

Along with fundamental strength a lot of the HSPU is down to timing and technique, so practice these drills to improve the efficiency of your kipping handstand push ups and utilise your leg power in the press!
