Working with our PT’s you can expect tailored programmes specific to achieving your goals and expert advice and guidance in areas such as strength training, weight management and injury rehabilitation.
We will work with you both in and out of FORT, to create a successful relationship to hold you accountable to your goals.

1:1 training
Work on your goals with a coach and benefit from detailed movement assessments, tailored mobility & flexibility exercises, dedicated drills and the extra accountability a personal coach provides.
Small group PT
Enjoy the benefit of a personal approach at a fraction of the cost by training with friends! 2-4 people small group PT sessions available for general fitness, skills and weightlifting coaching.
Online coaching
Whether you are looking to improve your general fitness, strength or skills, we can help you achieve your goals with remote solutions.
