FORT, previously known as P10 Fitness opened in 2018 as Elephant and Castle’s first CrossFit gym. Since then we have built a multifunctional facility, that helps athletes grow and develop across three disciplines, CrossFit, Weightlifting and Powerlifting and have established ourselves as one of the leading gyms for coaching athletes in these three Strength sports.

We pride ourselves on the likeminded, supportive and welcoming community of people we have built, along with knowledgeable, industry respected coaches, that help support you wherever you are on your fitness journey.
