Tired of the treadmill and cookie-cutter gym plans? FORT’s CrossFit programme is your upgrade.
We recommend 3 to 5 CrossFit sessions per week depending on your goals, schedule, and recovery. Three sessions is a great place to start if you’re new, and five will really push your boundaries as your conditioning improves.
Our coaches are always on hand to guide your weekly plan and help you avoid overtraining while staying on track.
