Our Powerlifting classes focus on three movements: squats, bench press and deadlift. These exercises are just variations of three fundamental human movement patterns. A simple effective way of training, which allows for easy performance improvements.
All our Powerlifting classes are Beginner friendly. The Powerlifting program is structured over 5 days with coached classes on Monday (Squat), Wednesday (Deadlift) and Friday (Bench) and an extra self-training Bench session on Tuesday.
Every Saturday the club runs a 90 minuted SBD session. This is a more technical class which is ideal for beginners and to try out the club!
