If you’re tired of aimless training and want something that actually means something, HYROX is your format.
We recommend 3 to 5 structured HYROX sessions per week to build the right balance of endurance, strength, and skill. Beginners typically benefit from three focused sessions to build a base, while more advanced athletes or those preparing for an event will increase volume and intensity as race day approaches.
Our coaches will help periodise your training, manage recovery, and keep you on track for peak performance.
