Workouts that combine a variety of functional movements – learn and improve squats, presses and deadlifts, get introduced to weightlifting and challenge yourself with new gymnastics skills! All the elements you need to keep fit in a fun and effective program that brings something new every day.
Sweat
Think of this as ‘CrossFit Light’. Lower skilled workouts with a bigger focus on increasing your engine and endurance! In these classes we tackle longer, more cardio heavy workouts with a focus on increasing your fitness levels fast!
Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes mix the best of Calisthenics bodyweight training with functional fitness gymnastics drills for kipping and dynamic movements – suitable for all fitness levels. Work toward your first pull-up, push-up, dips, pistols, muscle-ups, handstands and much more!
Weightlifting
Learn the Snatch, and Clean and Jerk movements as well as improving your positions and mobility in a safe and supportive environment. For more advanced lifters we can focus on competition and more specific-lifting milestones – or more generally support your strength goals or improvement in technique.
