HYROX Sweat
This class is all about endurance, stamina and pushing that baseline fitness! You won’t find any complicated barbell or gymnastic work here.
Get ready to conquer those longer time domain CrossFit WODS, crush HYROX competitions, dominate 5-10km runs, own Turf games, triathlons so much more!
EXPECT: Machine capacity & running drills; In-depth technique and strategic pacing work; partner and solo workouts and HYROX simulations and other endurance challenges
Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes mix the best of Calisthenics bodyweight training with functional fitness gymnastics drills for kipping and dynamic movements – suitable for all fitness levels. Work toward your first pull-up, push-up, dips, pistols, muscle-ups, handstands and much more!
Weightlifting
Learn the Snatch, and Clean and Jerk movements as well as improving your positions and mobility in a safe and supportive environment. For more advanced lifters we can focus on competition and more specific-lifting milestones – or more generally support your strength goals or improvement in technique.
