Our main CrossFit programme combines weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics and strength training and we also run speciality classes in all of those disciplines.
Our Powerlifting classes focus on three movements: squats, bench press and deadlift. Our small classes allow you to get tailored coaching and support.
Learn the Clean and Jerk and Snatch movements through a tailored program and coaching focusing on safe and efficient technique.
At FORT we aim to coach and support all of our members in achieving all of their goals, no matter how big or small!
